5 Seconds of Summer (5SOS) is an Australian pop rock band formed in 2011, consisting of Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford, Calum Hood, and Ashton Irwin. The band first gained popularity with their covers of pop songs on YouTube before signing with a major label. Their debut single, She Looks So Perfect (2014), became a global hit, establishing them as one of the most prominent pop-punk and pop-rock bands of the 2010s. 5SOS has since released several successful albums, including Sounds Good Feels Good (2015) and Youngblood (2018), which features hits like Youngblood, Want You Back, and Teeth.
